RETURNS POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE
We’re confident that you’ll be ecstatic with all your ACTIVE APOSTLE purchases. However, if you are not 100% happy when you receive your order, simply return it in the condition you received it and we will offer you an exchange or refund no questions asked! See below for further details.
Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and happy transaction follows:
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders*.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in original packaging.
Please note – regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE, PRE-SALES or any DISCOUNTED PROMOTIONAL ITEMS including those using limited time COUPON CODES for whatever reason, other than your statutory rights to receive a refund for faulty items. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please email email@example.com to inform us of what items you would like to return, along with the electronic invoice. We will then provide you with the details of where to send your returns to.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONAL
- Ensure all tags are intact and items are unused as per the conditions above.
- Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. For international returns, ensure you have a valid international tracking number. Please hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return. Expenses associated with postage (local and international) shall not be refunded on any return items.
- Include the following items in your satchel:
- The items you wish to return/exchange.
- The ACTIVE APOSTLE invoice.
Please let us know the reason for your return, by writing it on the front or back of the invoice. This will not affect the refund or return in anyway. Your feedback simply helps us make a better product.
Once your package is received by ACTIVE APOSTLE, your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. If you want an exchange, the postage back to you via registered post is FREE (local and international).
Please note – ACTIVE APOSTLE reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges if returned items do not meet the requirements stipulated above. In such cases, customers will be required to pay for postage back to them if they wish to receive the already returned items.
THEREFORE, PLEASE ENSURE ITEMS ARE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE RECEIVED!
Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal or other account which was used to purchase your ACTIVE APOSTLE items.
Refunds are given on full priced garments only and exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.
Please note ACTIVE APOSTLE cannot be held liable for any returning items lost in transit, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to pursue the matter with the local postage service and/or courier company to open an investigation. For international returns that arrive in Australia and are subsequently lost, ACTIVE APOSTLE will contact Australia Post to investigate as to the whereabouts of the parcel. Regardless, ACTIVE APOSTLE cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
For international returns, please remember to indicate on the package that the items are intended “for exchange”. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.
Please note – if you wish to make an exchange we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.
If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, PayPal or other account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by ACTIVE APOSTLE, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
- We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on sale items, except when the item is faulty. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
- Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping
charges from the original purchase or return.
- Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available.
- Any items returned to us that do not meet the above conditions, will not be processed for either
an exchange or return. These items can be resent to you at your own additional postage cost.
